Swiss Deli Warringah Mall store was the latest kiosk in the Swiss Deli Chain and the first store we undertook with the Swiss Deli brand. This was an incredibly difficult store to construct due to the many constraints put upon us by Westfields Warringah Mall extension including a very short rent-free period, timeline and difficult working conditions. We were the last project to commence in the Shopping Centre upgrade due to factors outside of our control. The shop fitout was a 7 day a week affair with big hours every day but somehow, we managed to get them open in time for the Grand Opening of the Shopping Centre. Thankfully we were working with David Fung, the RDM for Westfields, who assisted us in many ways as we needed to overcome hurdles throughout the project. The result was a striking outcome considering the challenges we had to overcometo complete this project on time.
