Bourke Street Bakery Balmain Fitout – The Bourke Street Bakery Balmain store is situated in the old Little Marionette site based at 1A Booth Street, Balmain. This site changed hands from the Little Marionette and had been rundown to the point of closure. The site needed a lot of love to transform it from the tragic state it was left in.
The site is such an odd triangular shape and the size is very limited which presented challenges at every turn. Stefan from Seven Metres Square Design did a great job designing everything in a functional yet compliant manner. Stefan also captured the Bourke Street Bakery brand and “style” so that it is impossible to miss as you wander down Booth Street. We were grateful for the opportunity to build the third Bourke Street Bakery store we have constructed in the lovely “village” of Balmain.
I know the Balmain residents are already enjoying the amazing food and beverages that are the cornerstone of the Bourke Street Bakery brand!
