The Croquembouche Randwick project was the second project we had undertaken with the Croquembouche brand. It was an extension and complete renovation of their old tenancy which was essentially demolished and turned into a new and much larger tenancy.
The existing store had a thriving trade so we were essentially taking it from a takeaway hole in the wall into a full scale patisserie with customer seating. The Croquembouche style of patisserie items are a very beautiful expression of the French roots of the owners of the Croquembouche brand.
The final outcome of the Patisserie was perfectly suited to the unique style of Fred and Laurance and they re-opened their business to an amazing reception from the locals who had sorely missed them.
