The Fogo Brazilia Central Park project was the second full fitout we had done for the Fogo Brazilia brand and was the largest restaurant we had undertaken at that point in our business career.
Taking up around 165 s/m, the layout was challenging based on the structural columns that were required for the residential tower above. Stefan from seven metres square really did an awesome job of working around all of these challenges and creating a functional yet stylish atmosphere.
The fitout took place over the Christmas period in 2012 which added another level of challenge as many company’s shutdown which made it difficult to finalise the project as quickly as normal. In the end the timber features, the rusted metal effects, stylised posters, feature lights and all other design components came together beautifully to create an inspiring dining area and restaurant.
