The Fogo Brazilia Penrith fitout was a new addition to the Penrith Westfields food court. It was only a relatively small shopfront which always makes it challenging to fit in all the required cooking and service components of a Fogo Brazilia store.
It was also an existing store that we took over and much of the back of house area was retained. This can reduce costs but also makes it very challenging if the previous works are not level or of decent quality construction, which is often the case.
In the end the store scrubbed up very nicely and the shopfront was a wonderful reflection of all the stylised components that made the Fogo Brazilia brand unique.
