Paper Bird fitout is the next development from the team who bought you Moon Park in Redfern teaming up with the Bourke Street Bakery crew to reveal a new Korean stylised restaurant in what was the Bourke Street Bakery Potts Pointsite.
While drawing on Korean inspiration the menu also weaves in Chinese and Japanese influences making Paper Bird an Asian influenced delight!
The renovation was a very tight turnaround with over 1.7 kilometres of timber battens to paint and install throughout the restaurant plus a complete facelift with a new paint scheme throughout.
