Josie from Spidar was a lovely lady who had been presented with many hurdles in her restaurant project. Unfortunately, Josie’s designers were very late with her design and the shopfitters they recommended had supplied a very expensive price for her project. Because of all these delays and headaches Josie’s rent-free period had commenced and expired when we met her, and her project had not even started yet but she was already paying rent! Josie was at her wits end and came to us desperate to get her project underway and back to a decent budget!
Thankfully we met up with Josie at the right time and we were able to help her overcome the issues she had that were holding her back, get her project budget back to a reasonable amount and get her project underway to get her open for business as soon as possible.
In the end the restaurant transformed completely into a clear representation of what Josie was looking to achieve. I really love the use of the space and Josie was one of our favourite customers because she was such a lovely person and grateful that we were committed to helping her transcend her incredibly difficult circumstances!
