The Village Property real estate office fitout was one of the few non hospitality projects we have undertaken in recent times.
We have worked on many projects with Shawn from 2D Studio and as such he asked us if we would be interested in quoting this project for his clients.
It was a striking design and as we love working with Shawn we were only to happy to take on this project.
The design elements Shawn wove into the space were quite amazing and while the space was quite small he really brought the wow factor into play.
The brass counter feature, brass effect mesh and brass powder coated metal shelving units really added life to the space.
This was offset by the concrete effect tiles, stylish joinery of the meeting room cupboards and front counter desk and the exposed painted ceiling and walls.
The acoustic panelling interspersed with hexagon mirrors also added another dimensions of practicality and style to the space.
Overall this little real estate office was really quite stunning.
